Such a fantastic voice director.

I thought his work for the two Valkyria games were brilliant. He also did great with some of the Sonic games, the Final Fantasy games, Resonance of Fate and his anime dubs.

I'd love to see him do more outside of Sonic games and with Valkyria Chronicles 4 on the way, this could be the perfect chance for him.

Ah, Jack Fletcher...one of my favorite voice directors. This guy is basically the male Kris Zimmerman-Salter when it comes to video games.

Nearly every production he works on has always been a treat to listen to, from the actors he brings in, to the performances he gets out of them.

From Tenchi Muyo to the Final Fantasy series and now the recent Sonic games, this guy is amazing at what he does. I only really wish that he got to work on more TV shows!

I really recommend to anyone that's a fan of his work to watch this "interview" I found of him around a year or so ago. It's pretty insightful, and goes into detail on how Fletcher got his foot in the door in regard to voice direction and how he works in particular.

I particularly found it humorous how he's not a big fan of the Tenchi Muyo episodes he directed, looking back.

While I think it's a bit of a shame that he was replaced for the more recent Final Fantasy games, I really do hope he gets more games outside of the Sonic series to work on soon!

@HylianBelmont AND the three Ghibli movies. Kiki, Laputa, and Mononoke are all fantastic dubs with great voice acting.

One of the single, greatest Voice Directors of this day and age and I think there are times when his talent and ability is horribly wasted.

Dead or Alive: Xtreme 2... Really? Instead of something like The Kingdom Hearts series or the Final Fantasy VII compilation where you need to get an A grade director, you give an S grade VD, a man who did projects for DISNEY AND PIXAR a mild porn game... That is just INSULTING!

Whenever Fletcher was in charge, there is practically no such thing as a bad performance (yes even in Final Fantasy X's case. I thought the acting was fine it was the dialogue and cut scenes that were hard to work with and that can throw off anyone) particularly because he's a man who knows how to inspire! He is one of my idols when it comes to voice directors, though that is probably obvious right now XD.

@Aussieroth I highly doubt Fletcher cared about the content of Xtreme 2.
