Valtor (called Baltor in the 4Kids dub) is the main antagonist of Seasons 3 and 8. Forged from a fragment of the Dragon's Flame that mixed with the Darkness, he was melded into existence by the Ancestral Witches and raised as their own son. During the Witches' attack on Domino, he was imprisoned in the Omega Dimension by Bloom's parents (before their own defeat). There he remained for 17 years, until he was freed by three impulsive witches and began his mission to enslave the entire Magix Universe.
