Noal Vereuse (Ringo Richards in the dub) is a supporting protagonist in Tekkaman Blade.  He was initially hostile towards Blade - striking him with the nickname D-Boy (short for "Dangerous Boy") - but later became one of his most trusted friends.  He has a laid-back attitude and is prone to wisecracks, but is nonetheless a highly competent pilot, always willing to do what he can for the Earth and his teammates.

He is voiced by Michael McConnohie in the UPN dub, Kerrigan Mahan in the International dub, and Adam Paul for his brief appearance in Tekkaman Blade II.

I'm going with McConnohie here.  He nails the wisecracking, laid-back attitude while still sounding appropriately military (as well as having the funniest delivery of the three).  Kerrigan is good in his own right, but isn't quite as memorable as Michael.  Adam is sadly just a poor imitation of Kerrigan - and his having only a brief scene with really depressing dialogue doesn't help.  Which is a real shame, both for him, and the character.
