Sailor Neptune, real name Michiru Kaioh, guards the three sacred Talismans together with her fellow Outer Senshi, Sailors Uranus and Pluto. Michiru is a mature, soulful person whose spirit stretches from the sea she rules, and an elegant violinist. She and Haruka are in love and almost always fly by each other's side.

Barbara Radecki played Michiru (Michelle) for Cloverway's original dub of S in 2000. When Viz's dub of Crystal and the uncut original series reached Michiru, Lauren Landa voiced her.
