Artemis was a guardian cat and advisor to Queen Serenity during the time of the Silver Millennium, together with Luna. When both of them were sent to the future to awaken the Senshi, Artemis became the guardian cat of Minako, aka Sailor Venus. Artemis is a faithful companion to Minako and deep soulmate to Luna, even if sometimes he can be overly proud of himself.
