EDITOR'S OPINIONGordon's wavering tone is actually a pretty good representation of the original character's erratic nature and the acting itself is somewhat decent all around. Milligan does well enough with what small amount of material he had, as his slightly deep sound and sensitive demeanor go together nicely. Tockar's basically recycling his Snips voice here, but the high, scratchy sound is rather fitting for the character and the acting's pretty well-done. Papenbrook sounds youthful enough and his acting's alright, but compared to Tockar, his sound is kind of indistinct. It was a close decision between Gordon and Tockar in my book, but since Tockar has the advantage acting-wise, I'm going with him.
