Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates who's goal to to draw a map of the entire world. Nami is very greedy when it comes to treasure and is constantly concerned for herself when in danger. She is also one of the smartest members of the Straw Hat crew and she was the third member to join the Straw Hat crew.

In the 4Kids English version of the first 5 seasons (143 eps reduced to 104 eps), she was voiced by Kerry Williams.

In the Funimation English dub, she is voiced by Luci Christian.

In the English dub version by Odex Ltd for South-East Asia, Nami was voiced by Alison Lester for episodes 1-52, then Chio Su-Ping for eps. 53-67, and then Cindy Creekmore for eps. 68-104.
