Monkey D. Dragon is the father of Monkey D. Luffy and the son of Monkey D. Garp. He is the most wanted and dangerous man in the world. He is also the leader of the Revolutionary Army who fights against the World Government.
In the first American English dub of the One Piece anime TV series by 4Kids, Dragon was voiced by Dan Green. When Funimation acquired the license, Dragon was re-dubbed by Bryan Massey who continues to voice him in future appearances. In a lesser known English dub by Odex which was released in Singapore, Dragon was voiced by Brian Zimmerman.
