Kaku appears as one of the five foreman of the Galley-La Company from Dock One. He was later revealed as a former member of CP9 as an undercover agent. While working for the CP9, he would be ordered to steal Pluton blueprints from Iceberg. He was then kicked out from the CP9, and he would eventually be reinstated to CP-0.
