Godric is the Commander of the Griffin Armies and father of Freyda. One of the most talented soldiers the Empire ever produced, he is a man of both courage and integrity who is highly respected by his peers. Sadly, these traits were not enough to prevent the Empire's near-collapse at the hands of Markal, and he found himself having to oppose the throne in order to save what he loved. Later, he ended up opposing the actions of the False Isabel, a stand that would cost him his life.
