Tifa Lockhart

Hailing from the small town of Nibelheim, Tifa was trained in martial arts by Zangan. She and Cloud were childhood friends, with him making it his dream to join SOLDIER in order to impress her. There, they made a promise that he would have her back if she ever needed it. Years later, they reunite in Midgar, where Tifa invites Cloud to join Avalanche. She fronts as a bar owner and puts on a strong, mature image, but her sporty demeanour is a mask for a deep sensitivity and caring heart she struggles to sync together.
