Jimmy Lee is one of the two main protagonists of Technōs' Double Dragon series of beat 'em up games. He is the older twin brother, training partner and in some occasions even rival of Billy Lee. He is a master of Sou-Setsu-Ken, a legendary Chinese martial art which he mastered at a young age.
Despite their differences, he is always ready to tag along with his brother whenever trouble arises; more so if it involves a good fight. In more than one occasion he has fought Billy for the affections of their mutual friend, Marian. He and Billy exchange blows over Marian and who gets to keep her often.
Scott McNeil is no stranger to playing hot-headed characters, with the cartoon's portrayal of Jimmy being a street talking smart-A with his actions being fists first. I think the actual voice isn't too special, but Scott rarely disappoints, even in weird 90's cartoon adaptations. For the material given, he does a decent job. I just feel he's less of a "brawler" and more of a "warrior" in this show, but again, adaptations.
Jeff Luke sounds like a parody of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and overall just really cannot act. Couple that with some of the most obnoxious dialogue and he is just.. no.
Arin Hanson is experienced in being an angry grump for the past seven (at the time of this voice compare) years, so it was a no-brainer casting him as Jimmy Lee, as much of a stunt casting this is. He does the 90's radical parody much more efficiently than Jeff, being a fun little cameo.
