Franchise: DC Universe

Elasti-Girl is a DC Comics superheroine who first appeared in My Greatest Adventure #80 (June 1963). Rita Farr was a former Olympic swimmer and famous actress. While shooting a movie in Africa, she was exposed to volcanic gases which gave her the ability to shrink and grow her body at will. She was then approached by Dr. Niles Caulder (alias The Chief) who offered her a place in his Doom Patrol. Farr became Elasti-Girl and used her powers to fight crime along with the other members of the Doom Patrol. During her career as a superhero, she fell in love with Steve Dayton, aka Mento, and they soon marry. Later, they adopt a young Garfield Logan, who would grow up to be Beast Boy.

Strong's delivery is more natural, so I'm going with her.

For a minute there, I honestly thought that this was the character from The Incredibles.... my bad!

@MilanTheVillain01 You're not alone... me too! Even their last names are similar... Helen Parr, Rita Farr... I wonder if she was based off of her, since some of the the other characters were based on other superheroes?

@JayGirl10 I think they named the character before they found out she was an existing superhero. They had to get permission from DC Comics to use the name. In the end, they could only use that name in the film. All merchandise referred to her as Mrs. Incredible.

@JayGirl10 You know what they say, "there's nothing new under the sun". So, I wouldn't put it past them.

Wasn't the clip of Olivia when Elasti-Girl was fat at the beginning of that episode?

@partymonster411 Yep. I still don't get that.

Olivia sounds off, something seems forced in her performance

Like with Vicki Vale I choose Tara. I think Olivia sounds flat.
