EDITOR'S OPINION
Miriam Flynn was the first actress to voice Poil. Miriam's performance gives a nice sense of naivety to Poil.In the all-CG film, Casper's Haunted Christmas, Tabitha St. Germain takes over the role. Tabitha's performance still retains the innocence that Miriam gave the character, but I felt that she also endued Poil with a tough streak.
This is a tough one. Both voice actresses give great performances, and neither one really trumps the other in any way. I think Miriam is going to edge out Tabitha just slightly on this one.
Bonus Opinion: Who would I cast as Poil? I think that Kath Soucie would be a good choice, since her voice has that 'innocent lightness' to it.
