Anarky

Comparison of the voice actors who have been the voice of Anarky with sound clips and images.
Franchise: Batman

Lonnie Machin, better known by his professional villain name Anarky, is a young, up-and-coming terrorist who seeks to set the world to rights, starting with overthrowing the corrupt forces that control Gotham. Although his disdain for authority and the mainstream media indicate a semblance of anarchist beliefs, his clear absence of a non-aggression principle and a populist/socialist contempt for the competition inherent in free-market capitalism throws his full grasp on the philosophy of anarchism into question.

EDITOR'S OPINION

While Anarky in Beware the Batman has been next-to-unrecognizably altered into effectively Not-Moriarty, Langham gives an entertaining performance nonetheless as a whimsical foil to the stolid Batman. Mercer benefits from portraying a much more faithful rendition of the character and he gets the image of an outraged youthful rebel across well (even if the sound isn't all that unique), so my vote's going with him.
