Haruka Seri is one of the divers in A.I.C.O. -Incarnation-, and Kaede Misawa's partner. A former artificial life form researcher, she is highly intelligent and knowledgeable in the field of science. In contrast to her partner, she is level-headed, calm, and collected, preferring to think through problems she encounters rather than jumping head first into them.

In the show's original VOA Studios-produced dub, she is voiced by Paula Barros. Allegra Clark took over in Bang Zoom!'s redub.
