I don't play these games as often as I used to, (I stopped after Totori, IIRC) but I find it a bit sad that they've stopped producing English dubs for the Atelier series, starting with this one--doublely so since it's the 20th anniversary title.
While I may not have been a huge fan of the English dubs for later games in the series all that much, particularly after Bang Zoom took over dubbing duties, I was always glad to see at least one series in Koei Tecmo stable consistently get an English dub.
Shame that apparently that's gone the way of the dodo now. Makes you wonder just how the sales are for the Atelier series over here. I know in Japan they tend to sell around 70,000 or so in the first week, if memory serves for the recent games, so its something to think about.
That being said, I am kinda interested in checking this one out. Doublely so, considering it's the first Atelier title on the Switch and it doesn't look too bad, especially in comparison to the Vita version.
