Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm

@8000 Saiyans Out of the video game cartoons I'm fond of, this definitely has somewhat weak animation (though not as awful as Darkstalkers, and at least the last episode had competent animation). But I liked it not because of the animation, but because of the performances.

But not all video game cartoons have terrible animation. The Street Fighter cartoon did have some well animated episodes (so I would call it "inconsistent" animation) and Wing Commander Academy had the best animation out of all the video game cartoons (it was quite slick and the action sequences were just great).

@8000 Saiyans The Bigger Problem with this Show is that it Lacks one of the Biggest Appeals of the MK Franchise...... Gratuitously Gory Violence.

@EPA Deane That would never have got past the censors - although they DID show Shang Tsung becoming a skeleton. That was pretty disturbing.
