we're hunting around for some voiceover talent to help with our game, Neon District.
Basically, we're looking for permanent voices for some of our recurring characters for our comic book style interstitials. We plan on later on growing the roles into some of the in-combat dialogue in addition to publishing future seasons of the game. All-in-all, we're looking at about 2500 words of dialogue between four-to-six characters.
Here's an example page with all four main characters:
Here's a document with the character sketches and personalities:
For additional context, here's a video where we're pitching the entire game premise:
Chance is completely new to the world of Edits and Oracles, having been forcibly Edited by an unknown person after he was killed for witnessing something he shouldn’t have right when the story begins. Chance was something of a loner when he lived in Unity, drifting through life, with his only passion really being video games. Up until now, he has had both low expectations for both himself and the world around him. Beneath this, Chance has always craved being part of something real, exciting, and important. Despite his inexperience, Chance is a natural tactician and cool under fire (perhaps all that video game experience).

Kick Ass - Kick Ass:
Eternity is the team leader for this Oracle team. Eternity masks her concern for others with a somewhat flippant sassy manner, but at heart she is a caretaker. There is more going on beneath the smooth surface than she lets on, however. Hints are dropped throughout Season 0 that she may have a deeper agenda.
Personality Notes: Blurts out what she is thinking, socially awkward, slightly on edge
Routine is extremely sharp, technically gifted, and a bit socially challenged. She is an Oracle as much for the social company as anything else. Wit is one of the few social angles she is adroit at, but she can have a difficult time reading social cues and often just says what she thinks. She can be uneasy about danger, but she is excellent under pressure. Routine has no significant attachments outside of the Oracle team.

Raven - Teen Titans Judas Contract:
Remona Flowers - Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World
Friction is a gifted athlete, and has the confident social manner that typically goes along with this. He is more of a team player than a leader, focused on his own role. He can be a bit overconfident and flashy, but is extremely loyal to his team. Friction functions well in any social situation, and is well-liked by many, but he has few close friends. His closest companion is a genetically engineered Cardigan corgi named Griffith (Griff) who is always urging him to be more serious.

While a project owner is welcome to have as many active projects running as they wish outside BTVA, the limit is imposed because having too many active projects can be somewhat "unrealistic". We want those who are auditioning to feel that each project is getting the attention and quality it deserves given auditioners themselves are putting in their own time and effort. Once a project owner flags a project as "Completed", they are welcome to create a new project.
The system is built to allow ONE audition per character. This is to avoid having a number of auditions from the same member and making the project owner have to listen to all of them. For now, if you or the project owner wishes you to submit another audition, the project owner will need to "Delete" your audition. The project owner can do this in the "Edit Character/Manage Auditions" link.
As a project owner you will see a "Edit Character/Manage Auditions" link for each character. Clicking it will allow you to Cast, Backup or Pass an audition. Casting a character will prevent new auditions from being submitted for that character.
