Abigail "Abby" Lincoln a.k.a. Numbuh 5 is the intelligent, relaxed African American/French girl second-in-command/spy in Sector V. She became a KND operative three years before the show started as shown in Operation: M.A.U.R.I.C.E.. She was trained by her older sister, Cree (Numbuh 11), and joined her sister, Numbuhs 8a and 8b, and Numbuh 9 in Sector V.

After Cree traitorously left the KND, Numbuh 5 became the leader of Sector V, until she allowed Numbuh 1 to take over after she found and hacked his grades for his KND Entrance Exam. She is the oldest member of Sector V, the only girl besides Numbuh 3, and is the closest to Numbuh 1.

The protagonist of Dead Rising, its port Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop and the non-canon game Dead Rising 2: Off the Record, Frank West is a photojournalist. Frank has covered numerous wars in the past, explaining his vague familiarity with firearms. He originally came to Willamette for the "scoop of a lifetime", thinking that the Willamette incident was a mere riot. Not your typical journalist, Frank is quite capable of handling himself in combat and is very keen to help other survivors to safety. During his time at Willamette, he earned the trust and friendship of Brad Garrison, Jessica McCarney, Otis Washington, and Isabela Keyes. Five years later, after his infiltration into the Phenotrans Facility he gained the friendship of Chuck Greene.

Ralph is a heavy-handed wrecking riot with a heart. For 30 years—day in, day out—he's been doing his job as “The Bad Guy” in the arcade game Fix-It Felix, Jr. But it is getting harder and harder to love his job when no one seems to like him for doing it. Suffering from a classic case of Bad-Guy fatigue and hungry for a little wreck-ognition, Ralph embarks on a wild adventure across an incredible arcade-game universe to prove that just because he is a Bad Guy, it does not mean he is a bad guy.

Rainbow Dash is awesomeness incarnate. Brave, strong, adventurous, and fiercely loyal (she ought to be, seeing as she physically embodies the Element of Loyalty), she is always on the lookout to help her friends and neighbors in a jam, or to embark on a heroic mission to save Equestria from its latest national threat. Granted, she can often be lazy or overconfident, and will go to great (and not always ethical) lengths to avoid losing a competition, but she always find her way back to the right path in time. Then again, could you help being proud if you were the only Pegasus in Equestrian history to perform the aerial phenomenon known as a Sonic Rainboom?

Applejack is a brave, reliable, strong, mature, and hard-working pony, although headstrong about doing things on her own. Also She's Western.

Booker DeWitt is the protagonist of BioShock Infinite, whom the player controls throughout the game. He is a private investigator and, prior to his reluctant arrival in Columbia, a former Pinkerton agent. Booker is offered a deal to wipe away his gambling debts if he goes to Columbia and retrieves a girl imprisoned there. Over the course of the story, Booker reveals his past experiences, and shows his ability to make decisions independent of the player. Unlike the other BioShock protagonist characters, Booker has his own identity.

Isaac Clarke is a systems engineer working for the Concordance Extraction Corporation. Prior to the Second Aegis VII incident, he was part of an emergency response unit of the USG Kellion, sent to the USG Ishimura to investigate and handle the ship’s problems. Apparently the sole survivor of the incident, Isaac became stranded in space for a long period of time before he was rescued by an Earth Government ship. Three years after those events, Isaac was held in an asylum on Titan Station and was diagnosed with mental disorders, the most prominent being dementia that result in haunting illusions that taunt him throughout the game. In Dead Space 3, he still has the blueprint to destroy and create Markers. However, in the Awakening DLC, he witnesses the effects of dementia once again when he is exposed to one of the Brethren Moons.

Elizabeth is a twenty-year-old woman who has been imprisoned in Columbia since she was an infant, and the deuteragonist of BioShock Infinite. Booker DeWitt is sent to retrieve her from the city, and bring her back to New York. She is guarded by Songbird, a monstrous, winged creature who was both her guard and only friend during childhood; she began to hate him as she grew up, seeing him as a warden prohibiting her freedom. She has the power to manipulate Tears that exist in the fabric of time.

Sergeant John Carver is a soldier in the Earth Defense Force. A survivor of the Necromorph outbreaks on Uxor and Keyhole Station , Carver aids Ellie Langford in the completion of his wife's mission to destroy the source of the Marker signals.

Juliet is perceived as an enthusiastic, amiable, effervescent, naive, lollipop-admiring cheerleader by many of those around her. But outside her social life, many are oblivious to her shocking family secret. Her inner personality is exemplified by a mature but violent (and sometimes vulgar) nature, with an enjoyment of zombie slaughter, regardless of who some of those zombies may be.

Twilight Sparkle is a unicorn pony and the main protagonist of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, who turns into an Alicorn in season three's finale. After the events of the two-part series premiere, she moves from Canterlot to Ponyville in order to continue the study of friendship under Princess Celestia's guidance, and regularly maintains correspondence with the Princess.

Nigel Montgomery Uno a.k.a. Numbuh 1 is the bald, British leader and head operative of Sector V and current Earth representative to the Galactic Kids Next Door. Described as a tactical genius by some and as a paranoid workaholic by others, Numbuh 1 takes his position and responsibilities as a KND operative too seriously.

Chris started drifting across the US and eventually got to Raccoon City; where his old comrade, Barry Burton, suggested he try out for the new S.T.A.R.S. police force - an elite unit mostly comprised of ex-military personnel, and created to quell the increase in the number of cases involving terrorism. RE5 states S.T.A.R.S. contacted him, probably after a recommendation from Barry. Thinking he may as well try out, Chris applied for S.T.A.R.S. where he was immediately accepted. Along with Barry, Chris was recruited into the lead Alpha team with Albert Wesker as captain.

Jill Valentine is an American Special Operations Agent (SOA) of the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance, of which she is a co-founder and one of the original eleven members, making her a respected and high ranking operative of the organization.

Former Motocross champion, Chuck Greene is the reluctant hero and protagonist of Dead Rising 2. He is the loving father of the infected, but precious, Katey Greene. Since he was forced to do repairs on his own bike, he is extremely resourceful and can be considered the ultimate handyman. Due to this big advantage, Chuck can create unique weapons out of everyday items to wreak havoc on the zombie population.

The most obvious trait that Lee displays throughout the entire series is the ability to be caring and loving. This is primarily portrayed in his relationship with Clementine, a girl that he encounters during the apocalypse. At first sight, it is obvious that Lee immediately takes a liking to the girl and cares about her as a parent would towards their child. This is strengthened by the fact Lee states that most of his actions are made for the sake of ensuring Clementine is protected and if possible, guaranteed a better life in the zombie apocalypse before him.

Handsome Jack is the main antagonist in Borderlands 2. He has taken over the Hyperion corporation, declared himself dictator of Pandora, and stolen all of the credit for finding The Vault, going so far as to claim responsibility for killing The Destroyer. A new team of Vault Hunters is tasked with killing Jack and restoring (relative) peace to Pandora.

Power-hungry, knowledgeable and infinitely cunning, Albert Wesker was a man who sought power and domination over the entire human race, all for his own gain. To this end, he was affiliated with the Umbrella Corporation, as one of its most promising researchers, and at the same time participated in illicit activities by going undercover as an officer in the R.P.D. and the leader of S.T.A.R.S. in Raccoon City. Through the course of much betrayal of his allies to further his own plans, Wesker faked his death, gained superhuman powers from a Prototype virus, and worked alongside both the mysterious "Organization" and Tricell, Inc.

Slade Wilson (known as Deathstroke the Terminator in the original DC comics) is the arch-nemesis of the Teen Titans, who wants them destroyed for his own unknown reasons, and is the main antagonist in seasons 1 and 2. He also has a focus on the team's leader, Robin, making him somewhat of an arch-enemy for Robin.

GLaDOS (Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System) is an artificial intelligence created by Aperture Science. She is the main antagonist throughout Portal and the first half of Portal 2's single-player campaign. As the overseer of the Enrichment Center, GLaDOS resides in the Central AI Chamber.

Jack Skellington is the patron spirit of Halloween, portrayed as being on par with Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny within his own holiday. As a living skeleton, he is immortal and can remove parts of his body without harm, as is often demonstrated for comic relief. He is the most important of many Halloween spirits, with the implication that their job is to scare people in the real world on Halloween night.

Link is the protagonist of The Legend of Zelda series. He is a courageous warrior and adventurer from the faraway land of Hyrule; however, he occasionally visits Mushroom World. He often has to release the land of Hyrule from the dominion of Ganondorf, as he is in possession of the Triforce of Courage.
