Here's the English dubbing dreamcast of a popular mobile game available for iOS and Android, presents various ships of World War II in the guise of girls called Azur Lane, very similar to Kantai Collection. Currently it only features Japanese voices. Since Kantai Collection was dubbed over by Dallas-based Funimation in form of the anime series, Azur Lane's english dubbing cast would be L.A-based. So without further ado, here's what the characters and the cast for the spinoff anime series so far:

Dunkerque: Amanda C. Miller (Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Moon)
Atago: Kira Buckland (Umi Sonoda, Love Live!)

Montpelier: Erica Mendez (Nico Yazawa, Love Live!)
Yukikaze: Sarah Williams (Sayaka Miki, Puella Magi Madoka Magica)
Kaga: Jeanne Tirado (Kaga, KanColle) (again lol)
Cleveland Erica Lindbeck (Eli Ayase, Love Live!)
Hood: Erika Harlacher (Ami Kawashima, Toradora!)
Memphis: Carrie Keranen (Satsuki Kiryuin, Kill la Kill)
Ayanami: Jackie Lastra (Ricotta, Ys VIII)
Belfast: Laura Stahl
Laffey: Ryan Bartley (Ram, re:ZERO)
Akagi: Cherami Leigh (Iris Heart, Neptunia)

Takao: Lauren Landa (Robin, Fire Emblem)
Shimakaze: Kate Higgins (IF, Neptunia) (Ironically, the voice actress who played Iffy in Neptunia anime, Megan Shipman, is also voiced the very different shipgirl of the same name in KanColle)

So, what do you think of the cast? This is still work in progress, as more characters from that game will be added later. Feedback is welcome.

Update: Azur Lane is finally dubbed in form of the anime series

But sadly, it's the same dubbing studio that dubbed KanColle: https://twitter.com/FUNimation/statu...14531346210816

So, any thoughts about that?

It was a letdown for me.
