Timothy Dalton as Santa Claus and James Monroe Iglehart as Oogie Boogie would be AMAZING. I especially think JMI could succeed the role from Ken Page if ever necessary; he has the right tone and pitch for his voice, all the jazziness and charisma needed to give the bag o' bugs presence... man oh man oh man, I love this cast as a whole, major props! And thank you; Hugh Jackman as Hades is an idea I've been sitting on for a while, realising how well he played a fast-talking charismatic con artist previously... and then asked, "Now, what if we made that guy THE VILLAIN?"

I'd do a fancast for the film myself, but all of the good casting choices have already been suggested... though I could hypothetically see Bill Faggerbake as the Mayor.

I can see Kelsey as Hook, but I'm having difficulty picturing Harry as Smee... I think it's because Flanders' voice is so different than Smee's.
