Default LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2

I would like to start a thread for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2. Is that all right?

In case your curious as to what the game is, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 features Kang the Conqueror as the main antagonist with countless heroes from across the multiverse going off against him, including Kamala Khan, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Cowboy Captain America, Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man 2099, Noir Spider-Man, Agent Venom, and even Lockjaw and the Egyptian Avengers.

I wasn't aware a sequel was announced. I bought the first game recently on Summer Sale, so when I'm done with it it'll be nice to play the sequel once it's out. I'm not that big on Kang the Conqueror or the weird Cowboy Captain America and Egyptian Avengers but I hope it comes out a good game.

Three new characters have been announced for the game yesterday; Howard the Duck, Iron Duck, and Carnom (A fusion between Carnage and Venom).

Here are some videos that have more information on the game (I should bring up a fore-warning that the first one doesn't have the best sound quality):

As for news about the voice cast, one source I found says that Howard the Duck will be voiced by Greg Miller from Kinda Funny, while another says that Kang the Conqueror will be voiced by Patrick Stewart.

A new trailer has recently come out, and Man-Thing has officially been confirmed to be playable in this game.

With the game releasing soon, I thought I'd share some information about the voice cast. The entirety of the cast seems to consist of non-union voice actors, due to the Performance Matters Voice Actor Strike that was going on at the time. Also, I was mistaken about Kang the Conquerors voice actor. It's not Patrick Stewart, it's Peter Serafinowicz, the guy who originally played Darth Maul in Episode 1, and is currently playing the Tick in the live-action web comedy of the same name on Amazon Video.

Yeah. It also means we won't have Fred Tatasciore as Hulk either since he was also taking part in said strike.

It's mostly unknown talent from what I've heard in the game. There's no definite credits yet, but all the people I've been hearing in this game, I do not recognize.

Besides the first Lego Marvel Superheroes & Lego Avengers games had actors that were prominent in anime. But there wasn't a whole lot of them.

They were also all people mostly reprising their roles from the current cartoons, though there were a few exceptions.

Yeah, there was a mix of actors from the current running cartoons & past cartoons as well. The actors that are consistently cast in the roles they had been voicing for several years, reprised their roles in that game( Fred Tatasciore, Steve Blum & Nolan North) as Hulk, Wolverine & Deadpool, respectively.
