Dr. Who and the Daleks.

In 1965, a movie adaptation of Dr. Who was made, named Dr. Who and the Daleks. The movie has a pretty loose connection to the show and is definitely not canonical, but it does still feature the Daleks.

However, the voices of the Daleks in the film are uncredited. Despite this, multiple sites, including Wikipedia, IMDB, and numerous fansites credit the voices in the film to the original Dalek voices, Peter Hawkins. and David Graham. It was also credited as such in a book called Dr. Who The Episode Guide, but none of these sites or places cite any sources.
