You should also cast Billy and his mother, too.

Default VA's that would be a good Cobra Commander?

I'm not that experienced with the character and the G.I. Joe franchise as of this moment, but Cobra seems like a very fun character to play, and cast as well.

Vic Mignogna - He has a very high-pitched voice and he's played characters with a silvery sound, he's great at energetic, comedic delivery, AND he's played psychotic villains like Broly and at least a couple other obscure villains, even if he's known more for playing pretty-boy-type characters. I think he has the right voice, the range, and the talent to pull it off.

Dameon Clarke - His three different voices for Cell are enough for quick reference for his range, but he's great at doing over-the-top characters and wicked villains.

Steve Blum - Yeah, it's type-casting at it's finest and most predictable after Starscream, but hey, he could totally do it!

Dee Bradley Baker - Because Dee Bradley Baker. (Said it for ya, TVK.)

Daran Norris - Because Daran Norris.

Travis Willingham - His last name isn't Willing-HAM for nothing, now is it?

Liam O'Brien - He's the go-to guy for psychotic characters, I know he can pull it off.

Roger Craig Smith - Ideal for a more subtle Cobra. (More commander than cobra).

Nolan North - Can go from wacky to normal at the drop of a hat.

Troy Baker - If he can take a verbal tic (like Kickback's), he can pull of an insane Cobra.

My first choice for a new Cobra VA would definitely by Lee Tockar, though I can also see Brian Drummond, Don Brown or Mark Oliver taking a crack at it.

Charlie Adler is perfect in my books. Though I would like to see Steve Blum in the role.

Considering Adler did both Starscream and Cobra Commander (similarly to how Latta did them both originally), I wouldn't put it past 'em to cast Steve Blum as the next incarnation of Cobra Commander.

Agreed.

Plus, for all the flak that Blum gets for "using the same voice", this is an example where I wouldn't mind the 'typecasting' because it's not JUST about the voice, it's about the performance as well. A Steve Blum-voiced CC would be easily identifiable as Blum, but it's not like he'd just be told to use the same performance as his Starscream (like a lot of people who complain about Blum's lack of range seem to think). It'd be the typical Blum gravelly voice, but it'd be a slow, calm, quiet Blum growl. Perfect for CC
