Bringing back Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill to voice Batman and Joker for The Killing Joke.

Such a classic inspirational story and both Hamill & Conroy could have, no SHOULD have knocked it outta the park in the roles for this iconic tale.

Instead we got two of the most blandest, weakest performances from the duo and it's a total shame.

Even the best voice directors in the business have their off days.

Almost all the cast of that crappy PS2 Orphen game.

Quinton Flynn seems like a nice fit as the main character and the other cast members look good (since it's a Zimmerman directed dub) but man almost everyone in the game was just so annoying to the extreme and it's all due to the absolutely unredeemably bad translation.

It's shockingly awful and thus brings the entire thing down making all the main characters whiny obnoxious arseholes that aren't worth caring about.
Then again the game itself isn't any good either.

Michael Dobson as King Cold, Supreme Kai and Kibito Kai

Don Brown as Kibito

Dan Woren as Piccolo

Dave Pettitt as Mr. Satan

Scott McNeil as Majin Buu (I think he could do a Kozo Shioya-esque take)

Kent Williams as The Judge

Veronica Taylor as Nico Robin

J. David Brimmer as Crocodile

Tom Kane as Dr. Doom

Nika Futterman as Lilandra Neramani

Kirk Thornton as Shadow the Hedgehog ... at first.

Kirk is a good voice actor, with such a range that he can play serious characters (e.g Saix) and even pull off youthful characters decently well (Grizz Sukino, Grant Danasty).

His first few jobs as Shadow however were shaky to say the least. The voice selection he used sounded too old and his attempts to sound cool and mysterious came off as creepy and unnatural.

I say at first because in Shadow's recent appearances such as Lego Dimensions, Forces and Boom season 2, he has improved. That rasp he once had is now gone and his delivery is more polished. I'd even go so far as to call Kirk a good Shadow now.

Not sure if this really counts, but I couldn't think of many disappointing castings that I properly know of.
