Eric Bauza as Fred (he's Eric Bauza, he could impersonate Frank Welker for sure)
Tara Strong as Daphne (see her impersonating Grey's take well if she went closer to her natural voice)
Audrey Wasilewski as Velma (her Arlene voice on Garfield Show does give vibes to Mindy Cohn's Velma)
Hank Azaria as Dick Dastardly (he did take over Paul Winchell's role of Gargamel and they sound similar)
Dee Bradley Baker as Muttley
Michael Berger as Blue Falcon (he has impersonated Gary Owens as Space Ghost on the Wacky Racers reboot)
Kevin Michael Richardson as Dynomutt
Kimberly Brooks as Dee Dee Sykes
Jeff Bergman as Captain Caveman (since Dee's already Muttley here, I used Jeff given Captain Caveman sounds like Taz especially with Mel and Jim's takes and he himself voiced Taz before)

How's this work? Is it any better than the actual castings SCOOB did (minus Frank returning as Scooby and Billy as Muttley)?

I'm a little iffy on Tara as Daphne (as big a fan of her as I am, she seems... I don't know, maybe a bit too obvious a choice?), but the rest of the cast looks great.

You know given how Tom's done various Don Messick roles like Boo Boo, Ricochet Rabbit, and Scrappy, could Tom Kenny be a good Ranger Smith?
