I just closed my casting call, but auditions are still being submitted. Do I have to 'complete' it so people can't or won't sent auditions?

Did you close it before your deadline of Monday, June, 30 2014 [ 11:59pm PST ]? I just visited your project and it says auditions are now closed.

When I first posted my casting call and the status was "Pending", I thought it had to be approved by an administrator, so I waited weeks for an approval.

I then decided to just make a new casting call for the same thing, but after creating it, I realized that I had the option to set it to "Open" and make it viewable.

Now in my list of Casting Calls it has two different versions of the same thing listed, but both lead to the same link (which thankfully is the original casting call).

I played with putting it on Pending and trying to get to the other, but I only have control of the original one, and not the new one I made the other day.

Since they have the same title, they lead to the same page/link.

I have tried to post my submission for Goku but it says my audition is not a valid mp3 when I'm using a mp3 Walkman

I keep getting that as well, I'm using Windows Sound Recorder, Can you not use that to post your audio auditions?
