So this caught me by surprise, I wasn't expecting this to be announced. Looks like Mortal Kombat finally can get an animated movie like Street Fighter multiple times beforehand.
https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/he...mchale-1270671 The people at WB Animation are doing this by the way, so yeah there's that. Expect the animation from the guys who did all those DC films. Cast: Joel McHale as Johnny Cage Jennifer Carpenter as Sonya Blade Jordan Rodrigues as Liu Kang Patrick Seitz as Scorpion/Hanzo Hasashi Steve Blum as Sub-Zero Artt Butler as Shang Tsung Darin De Paul as Quan Chi Robin Atkin Downes as Kano David B. Mitchell as Raiden Ike Amadi as Jax Briggs Kevin Michael Richardson as Goro Grey Griffin as Kitana and Satoshi Hasashi Fred Tatasciore as Demon Torturer For the cast, I find it interesting to note that Patrick Seitz is back as Scorpion but Richard Epcar is not Raiden. Also KMR reprises Goro for the first time here. |

Well, this should be interesting. And actually, something's occurred to me here - if this is (presumably) set during the first tournament, does that mean Steve is playing Bi-Han rather than Kuai Liang?

It's cool that Patrick gets to play Scorpion again. Ditto KMR as Goro.
Grey voicing Kitana is kind of amusing given she got a Catwoman skin for MK11. |

That's exactly what I mean. Which means that, unless there's something they're hiding from us, this should be REALLY interesting.

There's also the fact that the movie is titled "Scorpion's Revenge". Though given the fight scene with Quan-Chi there could be a spared by the adaptation regarding Bi-Han's fate. Though its entirely possible he learns the truth after Quan-Chi's death.

If there is no category R, then on average I can see that this series from YouTube was darker than most animated cinema films
