The Powerpuff Girls, Ed Edd n Eddy, Ben 10, Johnny Bravo, Teen Titans, Tom and Jerry (original MGM shorts), and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy are my favorites. If I were to elaborate, I would be here for a half hour. Still, they all have something special to them that I just love, even though the only one I've seen in it's entirety is Teen Titans (excluding two episodes).

I remember watching Tom and Jerry the most as a kid, and it's the primary one I watch on occasion when it's on TV.

Overall I'd say the shows I enjoyed the most as a kid on CN were (my cut off for classic shows is 2006)

Dexter's Lab
Camp Lazlo
Johnny Bravo
Powerpuff Girls
Looney Tunes
Baby Looney Tunes
Billy and Mandy
Courage the Cowardly Dog
Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends
Xiaolin Showdown and Mucha Lucha (Though I preferred watching them on Kids WB since that's what I had for a few years)

Probably Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the 2003 4Kids version) as much as Winx Club (the 4Kids/FUNimation English dub of the Italian anime cartoon of the same name which is made just for girls), ThunderCats (the 1985 cartoon), Garfield, Beetlejuice, Alvin & the Chipmunks (the Ruby-Spears version), Voltron, Yu-Gi-Oh! (the classic card dueling cartoon from Japan), Dragon Ball Z, Ben 10, Pokemon (originally shown on Kids' WB up until 4Kids went bankrupt; reruns are shown on Boomerang though) and Sailor Moon (the DiC Animation City/Pioneer Animation toned-down for young children version of this program with none of the nudity at all). I was such a total ANIME FREAK because I had recently watched "so little time" on ABC Family (with the cute young Olsen Twins as teenagers: MARY-KATE AND ASHLEY).
