Default "Christopher Robin" (2018)

So coming to a theater this August 3rd (cause why not), a live action Winnie The Pooh movie where Obi-Wan Kanobi (Ewan McGregor) plays an adult version of Christopher, and Pooh and everyone else has to help find his imagination.

Starring:
Jim Cummings as Winnie the Pooh
Chris O'Dowd as Tigger
Nick Mohammed as Piglet
Brad Garrett as Eeyore
Peter Capaldi as Rabbit
Sophie Okonedo as Kanga
Toby Jones as Owl

Default "Christopher Robin" (August 2018)

Not to be confused with "Goodbye Christopher Robin" this movie takes place in a possible future where the Christopher from the animated movies (if not the original books themselves) grows up and is married and has a kid of his own, and in his most troubled time reconnects with his childhood friend, Pooh Bear.

Props to Jim Cummings returning as Pooh btw.

I've read Chris O'Dowd is supposed to be playing Tigger but he sounds a heck of a lot like Jim Cummings in that trailer.

I know right, practically as impressive as Justin Timberlake as Boo-Boo Bear.

Also, Brad Garret as Eeyore... that is so perfect I can hardly believe none of us here thought of it earlier. (though I may be wrong)

Deadline have reported that it really will be Jim Cummings voicing Tigger in the movie. I just wrote an article for the front page about it.

Kinda interesting how they first went with two names (it was originally reported that Alan Tudyk was going to be the Tigger), until they just got Cummings back.

I'm so torn. On one hand, it's stupendous that Jim can reprise Tigger in a big-budget, theatrical movie that will prominently feature his name in the marketing.
...
But on the other hand, Chris O'Dowd as Tigger? Colour me intrigued as to how that might've turned out.

Just bought the movie from the Microsoft store and watched the whole thing.

I felt really emotional hearing Jim Cummings again, as well as Brad Garrett reprising Eeyore for the first time in two decades.

I almost cried when Christopher moved on with his life, as well as his reunion.

I found it funny when the animals (except Pooh) mistook adult Christopher for a Heffalump.
