Having heard his work on Anthem?

How about Anthony Howell (using his Monitor) as Shockwave?

Well Cyberverse is gonna get a Japanese dub, might as well try to fan cast it.

Transformers: Cyberverse (Japanese dub)

Daisuke Namikawa - Bumblebee
Ai Kayano - Windblade
Tetsu Inada - Grimlock
Mitsuo Iwada - Teletran-X/Teletran-1
Yoshimasa Hosoya - Optimus Prime
Takashi Nagasako - Megatron
Masaya Onosaka - Starscream
Masashi Ebara - Shockwave
Ryoko Shirashi - Shadow Striker
Eri Kitamura - Slipstream
Jun Fukushima - Thundercracker
Hiroki Yasumoto - Soundwave
Keiji Fujiwara - Wheeljack
Jin Urayama - Ratchet
Mutsumi Tamura - Chromia
Hiroshi Kamiya - Hot Rod
Kenichi Suzumura - Blurr
Shinichiro Miki - Prowl
Kenichi Ogata - Alpha Trion
Banjo Ginga - Maccadam

Chose Daisuke Namikawa since I figured with Bumblebee's radio speak and Jeremy Levy's range, it'd be best to cast someone with the versatility to pull it off.

alternatively i can also see Koichi Yamadera or Taiten Kusonoki and Katsuyuki Konishi returning for Optimus and maybe Kioyuki Yanada reprising or Akio Otsuka for Megatron too.

as for the other seekers, i couldn't really be bothered they barely speak much anyways.

How i'd probably have cast Beast Wars Japanese dub if it was way more accurate to the original version rather than being a gag dub. Keeping the seiyuus who i felt fit their part or could in a more faithful version and reusing some seiyuus but swapping them around in roles that'd better suit them.

Beast Wars (Japanese dub)

Akio Otsuka - Optimus Primal
Kappei Yamaguchi - Cheetor
Wataru Takagi - Rattrap
Unsho Ishizuka - Rhinox
Keiji Fujiwara - Dinobot
Koichi Yamadera - Tigatron
Megumi Hayashibara - Airrazor
Kenyu Horiuchi - Silverbolt
Kioyuki Yanada - Depth Charge

Norio Wakamoto - Megatron
Koichi Yamadera - Waspinator
Cho - Tarantulas
Nobuo Tobita - Terrorsaur
Daiki Nakamura - Scorponok
Ryoka Yuzuki - Blackarachnia
Shinichiro Miki - Inferno
Nobuo Tobita - Quickstrike
Kazuhiko Inoue - Rampage
Toshiyuki Morikawa - Ravage

Kenji Utsumi - Unicron
Hirotaka Suzouki - Starscream
Seizo Kato - G1 Megatron
Bin Shimada - Ram Horn
Joji Yanami - Sea Clamp
Chafurin - Cicadacon
Ikue Otani - Transmutate

CALLED IT!

I'm happy to get Tetsu Inada as a Japanese dub voice for Grimlock.

Now this is a great cast, although I expected you to go with Takehito Koyasu for Megs.

I did consider it but I also think Wakamoto especially when he hams it up would've fit BW Megatron to a tee just the same.

I also considered Jurota Kosugi for Depth Charge.

For a celebrity voice, how about Sam Rockwell as Swindle?

I'd personally go for Bob Odenkirk or Patrick Fabian. Having seen them in Better Call Saul , I think Their voices have the right amount of charm and sleaze needed for the role.
