Accoridng to this interview with Bill Timoney, Michael Alben wasn't actually the voice director. Rather, it was one "Dave Siegal" and an uncredited Timoney. I don't have access to the original DVDs anymore, but I recall Siegal was credited as "ADR Prep," a position that would usually mean subtitle/dub dialogue timecoding. Old CPM dub credits were very confusing that way.

Ooh, good looking out. Yeah, apparently Timoney says he and Dave had to take over for Michael but the credits weren't able to be updated in time. Thanks for the catch, now fixed.
