If someone were brave or stupid enough to try a hybrid live-action/animated film of Animaniacs (as almost a spiritual sequel to Who Framed Roger Rabbit? and Looney Tunes: Back in Action), this is the voice cast I would wrangle up for the toon characters (most of them at least):
