I'm kinda stealing this idea, but with a twist. What if Spider-Verse existed during the 80's and was still a theatrically released big animated movie? Meaning that some of my cast is made out of slightly bigger names.

And yes, I know that while stunt casting in animated movies did happen before, it didn't become a huge trend/the norm until Robin Williams played the Genie in Aladdin, which came out in 1992, but let's not let that ruin the fun.

This is pretty fantastic The Doctor. I'll admit i could never really think of big name 80s celebrity's too work for my cast.

Cheech Marin as Scorpion is a pretty awesome casting idea. Also digging Winona Ryder, Reginald VelJohnson, Keith David, Bernadette Peters, Michael Beihn, Kurt Russell and Steve Guttenberg in their roles too.
