Given how Tress basically sounds like Daisy before being pitched up as Chip in post production (as seen here: https://youtu.be/U1sTJBNUbaY?t=120), sure I can see Diane as Chip. In fact, I do wonder why they went from Diane Michelle to Tress MacNeille in 1999 (during Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas and season 2 of Mickey Mouse Works) for Daisy? Did they just prefer to use Tress since she was already a Disney regular at the time and more available than Diane?

I rewatched Alice in Wonderland a few weeks ago, and it gave me an idea. Could Tom Kenny pull off the Caterpillar? Like, if he basically did sort of the halfway point between the French Narrator and his Bullwinkle?

Can't say anything on Victor as Pleakley cause I'm not very familiar with his work, but the rest sound great, John Eric Bentley as Cobra Bubbles and Susanne Blakeslee as Grand Councilwoman as favorites.

As for David, I'd suggest either Keith Ferguson or Phil LaMarr for him.
