Maybe. But I still think it has to do with concern parents. Lately, Action shows, movies, and violent video games are being treated as scapegoats to have them either canceled or banned thinking it would prevent children from turning violent like shooting in schools, movie theaters, and their own homes.

This show is unfortunately being written off by CN and can never legally air ever again by the end of the month. At least Toonami is trying to give it a good send-off:

Boy, this show took a pounding. It starts off OK, then goes on hiatus for such a long time only to end up on Toonami and then once it's back it can't ever be aired again.

Well, THAT really sucks!!!! I was really loving this show, Shame it never got a bigger audience. I doubt I'll be able to stay up that late to watch the remaining episodes. Hopefully, there might be a DVD release.

First half of the season is already out and the second half comes out next week.

I totally forgot to ask, but why is it not being aloud to air again? Are they losing the rights to anything in particular?

Basically, Cartoon Network wants to get tax breaks, and therefore, claims certain shows as "losses" to get the breaks. That means they give up the rights to air them ever again or do something new with the property.

DC could technically get the rights back, but they tend to ignore anything non-DCAU, so I wouldn't bet on it.

Does this mean no more Batman anything on Cartoon Network?

Not really. It's only for this particular Batman show that the tax break applies to.

Man, I knew this show didn't have incredible viewership, but for CN to take such drastic action it's as if only 10 people tuned in per episode.
