I highly recommend Demos That Rock
I didn't see a post about this in here but I feel like spreading the word. Last year I heard that Chuck Duran from VO Buzz Weekly also had a service in which he produces demos. And if you have the time and resources I highly recommend it. Admittedly it's pretty expensive so you should know that going in. But the results were great. Here's the link to my demos on my website.
