God I haven't bought any DVDs or blu-rays full-stop in a long time.

There were some blu-rays of Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie and Transformers The Movie I was really interested in though. I'll probably pick those up at some point along with some of Discotek's other releases that interest me.

I did get a DVD box set of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show as a gift. Goofy series, really cheesy but I have a soft spot for it. I hadn't watched it properly in a long time.

I have too much to go into right now (although I may edit later), so for the moment I'll stick to one specific part of my collection:

Dragon Ball: The Saga of Goku (first 13 episodes plus Blood Rubies, Ocean dub)

Rock the Dragon Box Set (Ocean dub, Saiyan and Namek Sagas, plus TV broadcasts of the first 3 movies)

Dragon Ball Z Remastered (Volumes 1-9, FUNimation)

Dragon Ball Z Movies (World's Strongest, Tree of Might, Lord Slug, AB dub)

Dragon Ball Kai (Seasons 1-4)

Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods

Default Re: What's in your animation collection?

I can't name everything off hand, but my focus is on western animation.

100 films, 20 TV shows
Mostly on DVD, with a couple BluRays
I only have a few VHS tapes left, because my mom donated all of them
Era: mostly from the early 70's to the present
Languages: English; most have Spanish and/or French options for my learning pleasure.
Dominant studios: Disney (soon to include. Fox), Warner Bros. (incl. Cartoon Network/Hanna Barbera), Viacom (i.e. Paramount and Nick), Universal (esp. DreamWorks)
Favorite movies in my collection: South Park: Bigger Longer & Uncut, Pokémon: The First Movie, or Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie.
Least favorite movie: Happily N'Ever After.
Favorite TV show in my collection: TUFF Puppy or Pokémon.
Least favorite TV show: Probably one of the public domain DVD's.

Studios that I should bulk up on: Nelvana, eOne, StudioCanal
Many rivers to cross...
