Default Aunt May Movie

Spider-sense is tingling

http://www.latino-review.com/news/ex...aunt-may-movie

I'll see 3 and 4 but this and the Sinister Six being portrayed as heroes apparently, make me want to skip the spin offs entirely.

Taking this with a grain of salt. I can't remember if it's Latino Review or not, but there's some site that's often quoted for "news" that are 99% false or just completely unreliable.

What would be the point of an Aunt May movie?

Well, good news is that its fake:
http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansit...news/?a=110917

But given Sony's mistreatment of the Spider-Man franchise, its easy to see why its believable.

If they really do/did go through with this, I could't say anything... ...I'd merely offer a facial expression that suggests that Sony's gone insane.

Pretty sure it's Latino Review, I follow the Hybrid network on YouTube and seem to be where all the stories the later retract come from.

^Yeah, did some quick searching and it was like "Yep, 9/10 of the stupidest/craziest/most unbelievable movie news stories have come from Latino Review".

Love the "Laundry Sheriff"-image.

Dude, not even Sony's that stupid and with everything that happened to them especially since adaptations are getting love and care I believe Sony would focus on making this series great

Since this news is actually a motherfaker, I'll be closing this one down. No need to continue a discussion on a thing that won't actually happen.

In the future, please refrain from instantly clicking on the 'new thread' button until it's confirmed. There'd be a lot more useless threads here if one were made for each new rumoured project. Just use your judgement. If it sounds as dumb as an Aunt May movie, it probably is (and especially from Latino Review). If you're not sure, then wait at least a week to see if confirmation of its validity shows up.
