The first anime dub recorded in Vancouver was what, Dragon Warrior?

edit: Brief digging through some newspaper archives suggests that series debuted in syndication in late August/early September 1990.

I can because there were 2 DIC Barbie specials from 1987 that featured voice talent of Garry Chalk, Doug Parker and Doc Harris from Captain N 2 years before it aired on TV.
