I was not able to actually get the best look at the credits at the end, but wow Jon, was both Soundwave and Shockwave. I legit thought it was Frank and Corey back.

I'm glad Grey returned as Arcee but unfortunately it's not much more than she had in ROTF.

Steve Blum as Wheeljack was pretty solid but he needs more material.

also wow Kirk Bailey (Million Knives from Trigun) was Brawn? wow i didn't see that coming.

most of the cast were bit parts but very effective in their roles.

of the main robots, Angela Bassett's Shatter is easily the stand out she is menacing and carries a lot of presence in her voice. Justin Theroux's Dropkick is badass sounding but a smidge overmodulated at times.

as for the movie, it was really good. there are times you can tell this is a prequel and other parts a reboot. Bumblebee is an X-Men First Class kind of movie but all i can say is, whatever comes next I hope they can keep this quality up.

I'm kind of surprised they didn't get Burton or Welker as Shockwave and Soundwave but it's cool to see Jon Bailey voicing some 'Cons in a Transformers movie.

(Holy crud, Brawn is in this? Wow).

I find it interesting that all it takes is a competently put together movie that checks off the most basic of criteria to get in the 90s on Rotten Tomatoes.

You know how the Transformers franchise is always a contender for the Razzies (worst movies of the year)? "Bumblebee" may have broken the curse.
