To be fair the fact Mike Pollock can work in LA is good enough and Veronica now works and lives their, so it's all fair game.

I based my Sonic X L.A. cast on the current L.A.-based cast from the video games, plus a few new picks/4Kids holdovers (I.E. Mike Pollock, Veronica Taylor, Sean Schemmel)

Pollock, Taylor and Schemmel were already in the original 4Kids dub in Sonic X. This is why I recommend Eric Bauza as Dr. Eggman and Professor Gerald Robotnik, Cree Summer as Ella and Tara Strong as Galaxina to you. Regarding Black Narcissus, Bauza would be the best fit for him.
