Well... may as well take another stab at it--

Hercules: Chris Pratt (Peter Quill/Star-Lord, Guardians of the Galaxy)
-Hercules [Young]: A. J. Locascio (Emmet Brickowski, The LEGO Movie 4D; A New Adventure)
Megara: Idina Menzel (Elphaba/Wicked Witch of the West, Wicked)
Philoctetes/Phil: David DeLuise (Jerry Russo, Wizards of Waverly Place)
Zeus: J. K. Simmons (Tenzin, The Legend of Korra)
Hades: Hugh Jackman (P. T. Barnum, The Greatest Showman)
Pain: Tyler Labine (Hunk, Voltron: Legendary Defender)
Panic: Bill Hader (Fear, Inside Out)
Hera: Cate Blanchett (Galadriel, The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King)
Hermes: Ryan Reynolds (Wade Wilson/Deadpool, Deadpool)
Amphitryon: Paul Eiding (Jonathan "Pa" Kent, The Death of Superman)
Alcmene: Deborah Strang (Aunt May Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man)
I must say, this is probably one of the most unique fancasts I've ever seen (then again, I haven't that many fancasts on this site that primarily use bigger names); well done! The standout for me is definitely Hugh Jackman as Hades; it's such an out-of-the-box choice, and yet I would love to see how it would work!

Seeing this has reminded me of a similar cast I did for The Nightmare Before Christmas that I did a few years ago so I felt like sharing it on this thread:

Jack Skellington-David Tennant
Sally-Alison Brie
Dr. Finklestein-Robert Englund
The Mayor of Halloween Town-Jeffrey Tambor
Oogie Boogie-James Monroe Iglehart
--Lock-Aziz Ansari
--Shock-Alison Brie
--Barrel-Ben Diskin
Santa Claus-Timtohy Dalton
