I'm sorry, but I don't think either of these would work very well. I like Jack Black and Keenan-Michael Key, but their voices are very different from Billy Crystal's and John Ratzenberger's.

Yeah, I think Alan Tudyk would make a great Mad Hatter. I could see Carlos Alazraqui as Jose, too. The one problem is that he's already Panchito, so the characters might sound a bit too similar.
