Internet Animation

Is there any news on the creation of a internet animation tab? I asked this a couple of years ago, I would like to have some of the short series that I have created to be shown on this sight. However, when I tried to submit it for approval, it was labeled "not eligible." These are real cartoons that I have created: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoL...OUoI2rS6kJWfYw.

I also have some others that featured puppet versions of some of the animated characters, that I would like to also have added. I also do most of the voices and created them by hand. They are original animation, they are not parodies.

I really think it would be great if there was a new "Internet Animation" or "Web Animation" tab on the site.

There's still discussions on how internet content can potentially factor into the site but right now we're focusing on other areas so it's not a priority right now. These videos aren't eligible because none of them even have 100 views and don't have any outside/offline notability. Internet content will probably just involve curating a few notable/significant series on a case-by-case basis; opening the floodgates to absolutely everything on the internet is beyond our scope as a site.

We will not be including fan-made or amateur content.

That's not to downplay your creations or your work in any way but we have to draw a line somewhere.

So what about a radio drama? Does it have to be animation or can a radio drama work too that is from an actual production company and on 100's of stations and also as a podcast/cd set?

We have discussed this and, while they are obviously professionally done, since we would have no images to work with adding to the site would be rather difficult.

What if there were illustrations for all the primary cast, some secondary and missing the rest?

When I say this I mean I have Primary Cast, Some Shots of Secondary but none of the bit parts and tertiary characters.

The response I made to radio drama applies to the audio portion of your question SCP.

Hey there,

Unfortunately, as of right now this is beyond the scope of the site. Since we focus on visual media and still have a lot to do on that front, right now that's where our focus is. Not to say it'll never happen, but at this point in time we don't have plans for any new categories of media. Sorry about that, but the enthusiasm is appreciated.
Regarding internet content in general, there aren't any new developments to speak of at this point in time other than the usual, general policy of wanting to keep it tight. Like the above blurb indicates, right now the top priority is focusing on keeping the current categories up to date.
