Yes. Any member of the admin team is capable of editing the page if they wish.

Correct. Admins (currently categorized as "Top Contributors") are responsible for updating the titles on the site.

As for your second question, there isn't an exact process. There are qualities that must be observed and demonstrated over time - sometimes upwards of years. Kind behaviour, trustworthy nature, intelligence, patience, consistent quality in attitude and content of guest requests or other helpful areas of the site can help, but aren't a guarantee. If we see someone that we feel exudes these qualities, we will approach them and inquire if they're interested in joining the team.

Well, you have to demonstrate you have the right qualities over a period of time - probably several years - via requests and providing helpful site info (in short, by showing consistently that you can be trusted and know what you're doing). However, it is strictly an offer from us - as an example, asking constantly to be made a staff member is a sure way to never become one. In short, don't call us, we'll call you. Also, if it happens, it'll be completely out of the blue, so it's best not to constantly expect it. The best you can do right now is simply prove you can be a productive and trustworthy site member. After that, it's all in the hands of the Gods.

There is no exact process. Every once in awhile we will approach people to join, but it is a rare event. Making helpful requests might get our eyes on you, but I cannot and will not promise anything.
