I just find some of the old Sailor Moon dub's voices to have more charm, even if some other aspects of the dub weren't as great as they could have been, haha.

In retrospect I don't think that's actually Barry, it sounds like whoever's playing him is just doing his regular voice and it doesn't really sound like any other role I've heard from him, at least from the clips I've checked out.
Not really sure who it could be though, maybe Barry is somewhere in the dub but unless there's a site or interview that confirms it I have my doubts that he's Porco. I will say though that compared to some of the other performances in that dub, whoever's playing Porco at least sounds like he was trying in comparison.

Yeah, the Big Green dubs are pretty funny.
I noticed how you share the same problems I have with Vale's Trunks. Some people argue that his rasp makes sense since Sabat's Vegeta also has one, but Trunks is supposed to be a polite character and the rasp just makes him sound more harsh and like a jerk IMO.

Well, I only really like it for some of the performances in it. The scripts are pretty bad.
I prefer their dubs of the first three movies. If only they had the direction they had in those movies and more accurate scripts. I like those dubs as much as I like the recent stuff from Funimation.
Now I'm just waiting for the Ocean Kai dub to come out to hear Drummond's improved take on Vegeta and McNeil's Piccolo. And Richard Ian Cox's Goku and Lee Tockar's Frieza.
