Update requests are posted to the Request Center section in the forums as normal, though piecemeal updates with only some of the missing characters are generally discouraged unless it's for a currently airing show or live updated game. Be sure to read the request guidelines, and take look at other users requests that have been accepted and added to the site.

It's great that you wanted to contribute to the site, but it would have been better to wait a bit to see if the page was still being updated. And if not, a proper update request in the forums would have been the way to go.

Hi, thanks, but I'm still working on the page, and I think I have better quality copy of that scene to work from already.

Literally just say "Hey, this is my first request thread. I think I've done things correctly, but if not, please let me know and I'll work on fixing it".

Only advice is to be polite and patient. Preface the request thread with the fact that it will be your first request thread, that way the mods will know to take it easy on you.

The image embed is not showing up on my end, nor does the vgy link itself work.

Yeah, right off the bat you can tell that while the image is smaller and more pixellated (ie, an attempt at cropping was made), it's still not the right dimensions in scale or size. But the fact that it's only 37-41KB is a good sign. So fire off an image of the editing screen next.

Maybe I can try and help with that. Can you take a screenshot of the screen when you're editing the image? With all of the windows and information and such? You can upload it to your image-hosting site, don't worry about getting that image to be a certain size. Just screenshot, upload the image, share it with me and maybe we can figure out what's going on.
