I think that Barney Rubble's voice in this commercial was provided by Jeff Bergman. Compare Barney's voice to Bergman's take.

I think that Baba Looey sounds more like Jeff Bergman to me, especially when he says, "Ooh, I want dem! What doo I doo?" (0:28) and "Look, Queeks Draw, I drew you!" (0:48)

As for Ogee, if I had to make a guess on which actress voiced her, I'd say it was probably Jenny Cooper, since I don't seem to hear any hints of Garland Cherry (see her Secretary) in Ogee. And Sean Taggart voiced the gorilla who says, "You don't say. Let me take a look at this guy!"

Magilla does sound like Bergman. The voice sounds like a higher version of his Marvin the Martian or Barney Rubble, and I also hear a bit of his Bugs Bunny when Magilla says, "...anywhere else!" Pretty sure that Bergman voiced Mr. Peebles, as well (compare to his Bugs).
